Living well is an art, and that is what TOD'S is: a delicate symbol of comfort and elegance.Responsibilities Assist in monitoring daily operations and ensure the smooth process of import, export and on-time deliveryDaily update shipment reports and SAP systemPerform data entryLiaise with internal and external partiesAssist with billing verification and paymentIdentify repetitive manual tasks and help automate them to improve process efficiencyRequirements Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Basic knowledge of Power BI to build reports and dashboardsFamiliarity with AI/automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, ChatGPT/Copilot, or Python scripting) to help streamline processes — an advantageGood communication skillsFluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with internal/external stakeholdersStudying or experienced in logistics or a forwarding-related fieldImmediate availability is highly preferredInternship CommitmentAbility to commit at least 12 months on full-time basis are preferredWe offer a competitive remuneration package to the right candidate.
