Logistics & Business Operation - Intern

Job Description • Assisting Hyxi Technology Europe B.V. logistic duties: inbound and outbound of shipment, stock coordination.• Working closely with Sales, RMA, BO, Supply Chain and external warehouse company;• Handling all issues with freight forwarder and other logistics companies to coordinate the shipments;• Liaising with our Finance Department in China regarding incoming and outgoing payments;• Assist in the daily operational activities;• Provide Sales operation support locally• Office Intern activities;• Other duties as directed by Business Operation and Logistics DirectorJob Requirement• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or related field preferred).• Profound knowledge of MS Office and Oracle systems• Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision• Accuracy in this role is mandatory• Excellent problem solving and communication skills• Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)Dutch would be considered as plus.
