Team members are encouraged to contribute ideas that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Role Description The Logistics & Fulfilment Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations, including order processing, picking, packing, shipping, and delivery coordination to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment. Daily tasks include managing inventory levels, monitoring stock movement, optimizing warehouse layout, and coordinating with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to meet service-level targets. The role also involves resolving fulfilment issues, handling escalated customer service concerns related to deliveries, and maintaining documentation and compliance with local regulations. The Logistics & Fulfilment Manager will continuously review processes, implement improvements, and use data to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills to oversee end-to-end fulfilment operations.Candidates should possess solid Inventory Management skills to maintain accurate stock levels, minimize shortages, and optimize warehouse processes.Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills to manage delivery-related inquiries and ensure a positive experience for buyers and partners.Candidates should possess practical Procurement skills to coordinate purchasing activities and maintain reliable supplier relationships.Relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or fulfilment management, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or technology products.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using inventory or ERP systems and basic Excel or similar tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external vendors.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Ability to work on-site in Dubai and manage a fast-paced operational environment, including occasional extended hours as needed.PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS BELOW TO APPLY:Please send cover letter email and CVs to shaz@remobiletech.com
