Through collaboration with public and private sector partners, MARAFID connects land, infrastructure, and operational expertise to support Riyadh’s economic growth.We are currently seeking a Logistics & Mobility Director to manage and coordinate MARAFID’s logistics and mobility ecosystem operations, overseeing sector assets, services, and ecosystem participants to ensure effective service delivery, operational performance, and sustainable growth of the sector.1. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee logistics and mobility ecosystem operations, coordinating activities across MARAFID’s relevant assets, facilities, services, and sector initiatives.Manage the operational performance of sector assets and services, monitoring utilization, service levels, revenues, costs, and other key operational indicators.Coordinate with operators, tenants, service providers, and ecosystem partners to ensure effective integration and delivery of services across the logistics and mobility ecosystem.Identify and implement operational improvement opportunities to enhance asset utilization, service quality, efficiency, customer experience, and overall ecosystem performance.Support the launch and operationalization of new logistics and mobility offerings, ensuring the effective transition of new projects and services into ongoing operations.Monitor sector demand, customer needs, and operational trends to identify opportunities to enhance existing services and inform future ecosystem development.Coordinate with relevant corporate functions to support effective and compliant operations.2. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of relevant experience in logistics, mobility, operations, asset management, service delivery, or a related field.Strong understanding of operational performance, service delivery, asset utilization, and key operational indicators.Strong stakeholder management, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Fluency in Arabic and English.
