Well-being, listening, and equal opportunities are important to us.Key Accountabilities:Gathering all necessary documents needed to import finished goods from Vietnam – checking compliance with EU law and controlling correct data in the documents.Contact with Customs Agency to process smooth Custom Clearance process.Preparing delivery plan for “last-mile” delivery from the port to warehouse.Coordinating the process of deliveries containers to the warehouse – controlling the schedule and solving any problems which may happen. Contact with both Warehouse and Spedition, to maximize delivery plan, avoiding any demmurage costs at the port and eliminating bottleneck’s through whole process.Gathering POD’s of inbounded goods at the warehouse. Operating system inbound in the NewArk system.Daily controlling of Inventory operations in the New Ark System, make sure stock under correct category and status.Operating stock transfers for different region request’sPreparing reports on demand, according to the inbound operations and stock levels.COSCO warehouse monthly cost checking.COSCO shipment DN & Slot coordination(DN customer care)Key requirements for the position:Minimum 2 year of work experienceProficiency in English (both written and spoken)Knowledge of Chinese and/or other Eastern European languages (such as Hungarian, Czech, or Ukrainian) would be a strong advantage, as the role involves regular communication and coordination with colleagues at headquarters.
