Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator

We’re Hiring: Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator📍 Dubai, UAE | Full-Time | Junior LevelReports to: Supply Chain ManagerAlba Foodstuff Trading LLC is looking for a motivated and organized Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to support and coordinate our day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations under the oversight of the Supply Chain Manager.The role requires strong coordination, follow-up, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with warehouses, freight forwarders, suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities

• Demand Planning – Coordinate local demand planning, monitor stock requirements, and flag potential shortages or excess stock.
• Customs Clearance – Prepare and follow up customs documentation and coordinate clearance with freight forwarders and relevant parties.
• Shipment Tracking – Track international shipments, update ETAs, and follow up through delivery.
• Stock Management – Monitor stock levels and prepare routine inventory reports.
• Warehouse & Goods Receiving – Coordinate receiving, dispatches, deliveries, and stock movements, ensuring related documents and system entries are properly updated.
• Stock Reconciliation – Perform regular stock reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and follow up or escalate as required.
• HACCP Support – Support HACCP documentation, records, filing, and related administrative requirements.
• Odoo / ERP – Maintain accurate and timely logistics and inventory updates in Odoo.
• Fleet Coordination – Coordinate vehicle maintenance and servicing, obtain quotations, maintain records, and follow up on fleet requirements.
• Daily Logistics – Coordinate deliveries, collections, schedules, and other daily logistics activities and follow up until completion.
• Reporting – Maintain logistics trackers, provide regular updates, and flag delays or operational issues to the Supply Chain Manager.Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; strong fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of logistics, customs, inventory, and warehouse operations.
• Odoo or other ERP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
• Able to take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through until completion.
• Food, FMCG, distribution, or HoReCa experience is an advantage.We are looking for someone who is hands-on, responsible, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
