Role SummarySeeking an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain SME to lead business process optimization, transformation initiatives, and supply chain excellence programs across procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, distribution, and asset sustainment functions. The role will act as the key advisor for logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient planning, material availability, operational readiness, and end-to-end supply chain visibility.Key Responsibilities• Serve as the subject matter expert for logistics and supply chain processes.• Analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.• Support business transformation and process improvement initiatives.• Define and implement best practices for supply chain planning and execution.• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.• Develop inventory optimization and material management strategies.• Support demand planning, supply planning, and replenishment processes.• Ensure alignment between logistics operations and enterprise systems.• Identify supply chain risks and recommend mitigation strategies.• Support master data governance and reporting requirements.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.• Work closely with procurement, warehouse, transportation, maintenance, and finance teams to ensure integrated operations.• Support system implementation, testing, user training, and post-go-live activities.Required Skills• Logistics Management• Supply Chain Management• Inventory Management• Warehouse Management• Material Management• Demand Planning• Supply Planning• Procurement Processes• Distribution & Transportation Management• Business Process Analysis• Process Improvement• Supply Chain Operations• Stakeholder Management• Reporting & AnalyticsPreferred Skills• SAP MM• SAP EWM• SAP S/4HANA Supply ChainExperience Required• 10+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.• Strong experience in procurement, inventory, warehouse, and distribution operations.• Experience in large-scale ERP implementation or transformation programs.• Proven track record in process optimization and operational improvement initiatives.• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, industrial, or asset-intensive industries is preferred.• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.Educational Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Preferred Certifications• APICS CSCP or CPIM• SAP MM or Supply Chain Certification• PMP (Preferred)
