Logistics & Trade Coordinator

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Logistics & Trade Coordinator to manage end-to-end international logistics, import/export and trade operations across the Middle East, Egypt and North Africa (MENA). The role requires hands-on expertise in freight forwarding, customs clearance, shipping documentation, Incoterms and regional trade compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage international shipments via Air, Sea, Road and Courier.Handle end-to-end import/export operations across GCC, Egypt and North Africa.Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers and transport providers.Ensure timely customs clearance and delivery of shipments.Prepare and review shipping and trade documentation.Track shipments and resolve customs/logistics-related issues.Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade controls.Manage freight quotations, transportation costs and cost-saving opportunities.Support project cargo, emergency shipments and special transportation requirements.Coordinate with warehouse teams for inventory movements and outbound deliveries.Requirements5–6 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, import/export operations or trade compliance.Middle East shipment/logistics experience is mandatory.Good knowledge of GCC customs clearance procedures.Egypt and North Africa exposure is an advantage.Experience handling industrial equipment, machinery, automation products, engineering shipments or project cargo is preferred.Bachelor's degree preferred.Logistics Management | Import & Export | Freight Forwarding | International Logistics | Customs Clearance | Supply Chain Management | Trade Compliance | Shipping | Transportation Management | Import/Export Operations | Incoterms | Customs Regulations | Shipping Documentation | Freight Management | Project Logistics | Warehouse Operations | Inventory Management | Vendor Management | Logistics Operations | Supply Chain Operations
