Keep Global Shipments Moving.Are you detail-oriented, organized, and interested in international logistics and export operations?We’re looking for a Logistics Analyst II to join a fast-paced supply chain team supporting international shipments. In this role, you'll help ensure shipments move smoothly while export documentation, compliance requirements, and communication with freight partners are handled accurately and on time.🔑 What You'll Do🌍 Manage and review international shipments and export documentation.📄 Prepare and validate Commercial Invoices (CI) and Shipper’s Letters of Instructions (SLI).✈️ Coordinate booking information with freight forwarders.🛃 Support AES (Automated Export System) filings and determine applicable exemptions.📋 Maintain accurate export records and ensure document-retention requirements are met.🤝 Work closely with Customer Service, Shipping, Trade Compliance, and freight forwarders.🔎 Review shipments after completion and ensure required compliance documentation is accurate.🚨 Identify and escalate potential shipment or compliance issues.📊 Track required reporting and documentation deadlines.🎓 Participate in required training and support additional department activities.🎯 What We're Looking For0–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, international shipping, or import/export documentation.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Good analytical and investigative abilities.Strong computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.AES experience is a plus, but not required.High School Diploma or equivalent.⭐ Why This Opportunity?This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in international logistics, global transportation, export operations, and trade compliance while gaining valuable experience working with freight forwarders and cross-functional teams.Interested?
