WhizzHR is Hiring | Logistics Assistant – FMCG | DubaiJob Title: Logistics AssistantJob Type: Full-Time | On-siteLocation: Dubai, UAEJob SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Assistant to support day-to-day logistics, inventory, order processing, and delivery operations within the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring inventory, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily logistics and supply chain operations.Coordinate with suppliers, customers, transporters, and internal teams regarding orders and deliveries.Prepare and maintain logistics, shipping, and delivery documentation.Track shipments and provide regular updates on delivery status.Assist with import/export documentation and customs-related processes.Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock movement, loading, and dispatch.Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.Process purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and related documents.Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of FMCG products.Follow up with transport companies and logistics partners.Handle documentation and filing of logistics records.Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies, delays, and order-related issues.Prepare regular logistics, inventory, and shipment reports for management.Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant logistics regulations.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.Experience in the FMCG / Food & Beverage industry is preferred.Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and logistics documentation.Good understanding of inventory and order management processes.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.Skills RequiredTechnical SkillsLogistics & Supply Chain CoordinationInventory ManagementShipment & Delivery TrackingImport/Export DocumentationOrder ProcessingWarehouse CoordinationMS Excel & OfficeERP / Inventory Management SystemsSoft SkillsGood communication skillsStrong organizational and coordination abilitiesAttention to detailProblem-solving skillsTime managementAbility to multitaskTeam collaborationAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Trading companies.Knowledge of UAE logistics and import/export procedures.Experience coordinating with local and international suppliers or customers.📩 Interested candidates can share their Resume at:hello@whizzhr.com
