Logistics Assistant / Logistics Coordinator / Logistics Executive

Role Description The Directeur is a full-time, on-site leadership role located in Pósfa, responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and daily operations of CTEP’s clean transportation and energy initiatives. This role guides program development, manages complex projects related to EV charging infrastructure, and coordinates with internal departments, external partners, and community stakeholders to align efforts with County goals. The Directeur leads a multidisciplinary team, sets performance expectations, and ensures timely, cost-effective delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Daily activities include reviewing project plans and budgets, monitoring program metrics, resolving operational issues, and preparing briefings and reports for senior leadership. The role also involves identifying opportunities for innovation, securing resources, and supporting policy development to advance zero-emission transportation across the region.QualificationsDemonstrated leadership and team management experience in public sector, transportation, energy, or related fields.Proven expertise in program and project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and performance monitoring.Knowledge of clean transportation, EV charging infrastructure, sustainability, or energy programs.Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience collaborating across departments and with external partners.Excellent communication abilities, including clear written reports, presentations, and briefings for diverse audiences.Ability to analyze data, interpret regulations and policies, and make evidence-based decisions.Bachelor’s degree in public administration, engineering, environmental science, urban planning, or a related field; advanced degree is an asset.Experience working in or with governmental or large institutional organizations is highly beneficial.Commitment to equity, inclusion, and accessible clean transportation solutions for all communities.
