Logistics Assistant / Logistics Coordinator / Logistics Executive

Role Description The Director will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all coaching, spiritual guidance, and client service programs at A Cosmic Venture. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates includes setting organizational vision, shaping program offerings, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission of integrating spirituality and practical life coaching. The Director will manage and mentor team members, oversee client experience standards, and develop processes that support safe, respectful, and transformative spaces for clients. Responsibilities include building partnerships, guiding marketing and outreach efforts, monitoring financial performance and budgeting, and using data and feedback to refine service delivery. The Director will collaborate closely with founders and stakeholders to drive sustainable growth while maintaining high ethical and professional standards in all aspects of the organization’s work.QualificationsDemonstrated leadership and management skills, including team supervision, strategic planning, and decision-making.Experience in life coaching, counseling, or related fields, with a strong understanding of emotional well-being and personal development practices.Familiarity with spiritual and cosmic frameworks (such as astrology or related disciplines) and their application in coaching or guidance.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to cultivate trust, facilitate difficult conversations, and support diverse clients.Background in program development, operations, or business administration, with skills in budgeting, resource allocation, and process improvement.Ability to design and uphold inclusive, trauma-informed, and ethically grounded practices in client-facing environments.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, coaching, business, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in a leadership role within wellness, coaching, or spiritual communities and fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
