Role Description This full-time Director role at JN Coach Me - Formations & Coaching is an on-site position based in Nagpur. The Director will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure the smooth delivery of coaching and training programs, and align activities with the organization’s strategic goals. Responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating schedules and resources, monitoring program performance, and maintaining high standards of client service. The Director will develop and refine coaching offerings, build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, and support business development and marketing initiatives. The role also involves budgeting, reporting on key metrics, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment that supports professional growth for both clients and staff.Qualifications Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding teams and overseeing daily operations in an education, coaching, or professional services environment.Strong strategic planning and organizational abilities, including experience with program design, process improvement, and performance tracking.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, manage stakeholders, and represent the organization in client-facing settings.Background in coaching, training, or facilitation, with the ability to understand learner needs and ensure high-quality delivery of programs.Sound business and financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and contributing to revenue growth.Comfort with basic digital tools and platforms used for scheduling, communication, and program management; openness to learning new technologies.Bachelor’s degree in business, education, psychology, management, or a related field; advanced certifications in coaching or leadership are an advantage.Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Nagpur, collaborate across diverse teams, and maintain an inclusive, non-discriminatory work culture.
