Responsibilities include guiding AI-powered initiatives, optimizing internal processes, mentoring team members, and representing the organization in key business meetings and partnerships. The role also involves budget management, resource planning, and contributing to the long-term growth roadmap of ConnectedStars.QualificationsLeadership and management skills, including team supervision, strategic planning, and decision-making.Experience in digital marketing domains such as SEO, PPC, social media, and content strategy.Understanding of web development processes, user experience principles, and website performance optimization.Ability to work with virtual assistants and distributed teams, ensuring effective communication and workflow coordination.Familiarity with AI-driven tools for marketing, lead generation, analytics, or automation.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-informed approach to measuring outcomes and improving performance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.Prior experience in a director-level or senior leadership role in a digital agency, tech, or marketing-focused organization is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Jagadhri and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
