Role Description The Director at TechnoRUCS will provide strategic leadership across solution delivery, service offerings, and overall business operations. In this full-time, on-site role based in Tiruvannamalai, the Director will oversee project portfolios, set technology and product roadmaps, and ensure successful implementation of Microsoft, Salesforce, and cloud-based solutions for clients. The position includes leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, establishing performance metrics, and optimizing processes for consulting, workflow automation, data integration, and development services. The Director will collaborate with key stakeholders and clients to define business objectives, manage budgets and resources, and maintain high standards of quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance. The role also involves identifying new market opportunities, supporting business development efforts, and representing TechnoRUCS in strategic partnerships and industry engagements.QualificationsDemonstrated leadership experience in IT services or technology consulting, with a track record of managing teams, projects, and budgets at a senior level.Strong background in enterprise platforms such as Microsoft O365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure, and Salesforce CRM, with the ability to guide solution architecture and delivery.Experience overseeing services such as workflow automation, data visualization, migration projects, full stack development, data integration, and system audits or technical assessments.Proficiency in strategic planning, operational management, and process optimization, including setting KPIs, improving service delivery, and scaling operations.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.Ability to make data-informed decisions, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) or equivalent experience is an advantage.Willingness to work on-site in Tiruvannamalai and engage closely with local and remote teams and clients.
