Role Description This full-time, on-site Director role is based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Director will lead strategic initiatives, drive business growth, and oversee delivery of complex technology and digital transformation programs for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include defining vision and roadmaps, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring financial and operational performance, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership to shape market offerings, enhance customer experience, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and governance standards.
