You will help monitor shipments, coordinate logistics partners, maintain accurate records, support planning activities, and assist with resolving operational issues across the supply chain.This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible working hours and exposure to international logistics, transportation planning, distribution, freight coordination, and supply chain operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily logistics operations, transportation planning, shipment coordination, and delivery scheduling.Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.Assist with planning pickup and delivery schedules based on shipment requirements, capacity, priorities, and deadlines.Track shipments, deliveries, transportation milestones, and outstanding logistics activities.Maintain accurate shipment records, logistics trackers, carrier information, delivery schedules, and supporting documentation.Prepare and verify shipping documents, delivery records, freight information, and logistics-related paperwork.Monitor delays, missed deliveries, capacity constraints, route issues, and other logistics exceptions.Assist with coordinating stock transfers, warehouse movements, dispatches, and inbound or outbound shipments.Prepare logistics reports, shipment summaries, delivery performance updates, and operational dashboards where required.Support freight cost tracking, carrier performance monitoring, and basic logistics analysis.Coordinate with inventory, procurement, warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, and operations teams to ensure smooth product movement.Identify opportunities to improve transportation planning, shipment visibility, delivery performance, and logistics efficiency.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in logistics, transportation, freight coordination, distribution, supply chain, or a related function is preferred.Strong understanding of logistics operations, shipment planning, transportation coordination, delivery scheduling, and freight processes.Familiarity with TMS, WMS, ERP systems, shipment tracking platforms, route planning tools, spreadsheets, and digital collaboration software.Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple shipments, schedules, priorities, and time-sensitive logistics requirements.Good problem-solving abilities with a practical approach to resolving transportation and delivery issues.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder coordination abilities.Strong follow-up skills and ability to work effectively with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.Reliable, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.What We OfferFlexible part-time hours with a fully remote working arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and logistics coordination responsibilities.Exposure to international logistics networks, transportation planning, freight operations, and supply chain processes.Opportunities to strengthen logistics planning, shipment coordination, transportation, and operational analysis skills.Professional development through hands-on involvement in logistics optimization and process improvement initiatives.A collaborative environment focused on delivery reliability, planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
