You will help monitor shipments, coordinate with logistics partners, maintain accurate records, resolve operational issues, and support efficient movement of goods from origin to destination.This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible working hours and exposure to international logistics networks, transportation providers, suppliers, and supply chain operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day logistics and transportation coordination activities.Coordinate shipments, pickups, deliveries, freight bookings, and transportation schedules.Track shipment status, delivery timelines, exceptions, and logistics milestones.Communicate with suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, customers, and internal teams.Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery records, purchase information, and logistics reports.Monitor delays, damaged shipments, missed deliveries, and other logistics issues and coordinate timely resolution.Maintain accurate shipment records, supplier information, logistics trackers, and operational documentation.Assist with freight cost tracking, delivery performance monitoring, and logistics reporting.Support coordination between warehouse, procurement, inventory, sales, and customer service teams.Identify opportunities to improve shipment visibility, delivery performance, logistics processes, and operational efficiency.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in logistics, transportation, freight coordination, supply chain, or a related function is preferred.Strong understanding of shipment coordination, transportation, delivery management, freight processes, and supply chain workflows.Knowledge of freight forwarding, warehousing, shipping documentation, and supplier coordination is advantageous.Familiarity with ERP systems, TMS/WMS platforms, spreadsheets, tracking tools, and digital collaboration software.Strong organizational and time-management abilities with excellent attention to detail.Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage logistics exceptions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder coordination abilities.Ability to manage multiple shipments, deadlines, suppliers, and operational priorities.Proactive, reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.What We OfferFlexible part-time hours with a fully remote working arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and logistics responsibilities.Exposure to international supply chains, transportation networks, suppliers, and logistics operations.Opportunities to strengthen logistics coordination, freight management, shipment tracking, and supply chain skills.Professional development through hands-on involvement in logistics optimization and operational improvement initiatives.A collaborative environment focused on efficiency, delivery reliability, cost awareness, operational accuracy, and continuous improvement.
