You'll be the main point of contact between clients, customs brokers, and carriers , coordinating shipments from quote to delivery.What You'll DoPrepare quotes for clients and agentsCoordinate daily shipments with vendors and carriersKeep clients updated on shipment statusFollow and monitor SOPs for each client/agentStay current on market rates and conditionsManage customer accounts and monitor creditEnsure accurate, high-quality documentationFollow government and customs compliance requirementsSupport FMC filing and reportingLook for ways to improve processes and efficiencyManage your own workload and meet KPIsTake on other tasks as neededWhat You'll Need1+ years of experience in export operations (freight forwarding)Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)Proficient in Freight Forwarding software (Cargo wise 1, SAP, AS400)Understanding of export/import rules and customs regulationsStrong written and spoken EnglishComfortable with Excel and basic database toolsProfessional, friendly communication styleWhat Lunivar OffersCompetitive salary + bonus structureSupportive, collaborative team cultureRoom to grow within the company
