Logistics Coordinator - Automotive Manufacturing

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate logistics operations, inventory movement, and shipment activities. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient transportation, timely deliveries, inventory accuracy, and compliance with import/export regulations while coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments across local and international markets.Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery of goods.Prepare and review shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and customs clearance documentation.Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams.Track shipments and proactively resolve logistics and delivery issues.Manage inventory movements, stock transfers, and warehouse coordination activities.Maintain accurate logistics records and shipment reports.Coordinate with procurement, sales, and operations teams regarding order fulfillment and stock availability.Ensure compliance with company policies and import/export regulations.Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for process improvement.Generate periodic logistics, inventory, and supply chain performance reports.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or import/export coordination.Experience in automotive, spare parts, manufacturing, trading, or distribution industries.Knowledge of shipping documentation, customs clearance procedures, and freight coordination.Experience coordinating local and international shipments.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Experience using Oracle ERP for inventory management, order processing, procurement, and logistics transactions.Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
