If you have strong organizational skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced logistics environment, and are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesUpdate customs clearance and customer delivery records in the Transportation Management System (TMS).Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.Maintain accurate shipment documentation and delivery records.Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates.Support daily logistics activities and ensure data accuracy in company systems.RequirementsProficiency in Chinese and English (Arabic is an advantage).Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation is preferred.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.Willingness to learn new systems, portals, and software.Knowledge of TMS, ERP, and Oracle is an advantage.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in joining a global leader in construction machinery, we'd love to hear from you.
