Logistics Coordinator (Chinese speaking)

Are you an experienced logistics professional with a strong understanding of international trade and freight operations?dōTERRA Europe is looking for a highly organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations team in Cork, Ireland. You’ll manage end-to-end local and international shipments and work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to keep goods moving efficiently and compliantly across borders.Please note: Fluency in both Chinese and English—written and spoken—is essential for this position.What you’ll be doingCoordinating imports and exports across ocean, air, and ground freightManaging shipping and customs documentationWorking with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and logistics providersMonitoring customs compliance, HS classifications, Incoterms, and Dangerous Goods requirementsTracking shipments and resolving delays, discrepancies, claims, and customs holdsManaging delivery timelines, warehouse receipts, and cargo releasesReviewing quotations and rates and providing meaningful reports to managementSupporting other departments with ad-hoc shipments to international markets and eventsWhat we’re looking forFluency in Chinese and English is a mustAt least five years of experience in import/export logisticsKnowledge of EU, Chinese, and global freight regulationsProven experience using SAPStrong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skillsConfidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skillsDangerous Goods certification and direct-selling industry experience would be an advantageAbout the companyFounded in 2008, dōTERRA was built on a mission to share tested-grade essential oils with the world.
