The organization combines clinical care, diagnostics, and data driven models to improve outcomes in diabetes and metabolic health.Job SummaryThe Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of supplies, vendor coordination, and basic facility management tasks to support patient care and clinic operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring a well-maintained environment aligned with GluCare's integrated care model. In addition, the coordinator will assist in events, service logistics, and operational readiness while ensuring flexibility in working hours and responsiveness during urgent situations.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage inventory levels across clinical, café, and administrative areas; request and track restocking of supplies and consumables as neededReceive, unpack, verify, and properly store incoming supplies and shipmentsMaintain organized records of supply usage, purchase requests, and delivery documentationCoordinate with vendors for routine and ad-hoc service requirements, ensuring timely delivery and quality of goods or servicesEnsure on-site presence during maintenance visits, service work, or installations to oversee completion and communicate issues to relevant teamsProvide coverage for logistics operations during absences or emergency situations to ensure continuitySupport internal events, workshops, or wellness sessions with logistical arrangements and material setupLiaise with emergency services or contractors when facility-related incidents arise, demonstrating an understanding of basic facility and building management protocolsFollow and support all clinic policies on infection control, safety standards, and operational protocolsFacilities & Operational SupportAssist with minor facility coordination, including reporting maintenance needs and following up on work ordersWork collaboratively with housekeeping, IT, and administrative teams to ensure operational efficiency across departmentsSupport the delivery and setup of medical or non-medical equipment as neededMaintain cleanliness and order within storage and logistics areasAdditional RequirementsMust be flexible with working hours and shift rotations, including occasional weekends or extended hours based on clinic needsAble to multitask, prioritize duties, and respond promptly to urgent logistical mattersDemonstrates initiative, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset in a dynamic healthcare environmentRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; barista training or certification is a plus1-2 years of experience as a barista or in a hospitality role, preferably in healthcare, or wellnessKnowledge of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standardsExperience in logistics, inventory, or administrative coordination is a plusAbility to prepare a range of beverages, including diabetic-friendly and wellness-focused drinksStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFriendly, patient-focused attitude with attention to detailBasic understanding of dietary needs for people with diabetes is a plusFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
