Logistics Coordinator

Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented 3PL Logistics Coordinator to manage third-party logistics operations, warehouse coordination, transportation, and inventory accuracy. The successful candidate will work closely with logistics providers, internal teams, and retail stores to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely deliveries while optimizing logistics costs.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely processing.Coordinate daily warehouse operations with the 3PL provider.Coordinate replenishment orders for retail stores and e-commerce operations.Manage inventory discrepancies, stock adjustments, and warehouse investigations.Track KPIs and ensure SLA compliance with the logistics provider.Coordinate transfer orders (TO), purchase orders (PO), and stock movements.Follow up on GRN, inventory reconciliation, and stock variance resolution.Work closely with brands, stores, suppliers, and finance to resolve logistics-related issues.Optimize transportation and warehouse costs through continuous process improvements.Support warehouse contract renewals and negotiate logistics service costs.Monitor warehouse capacity and ensure efficient inventory management.Prepare logistics reports and analyze operational performance.Ensure compliance with company SOPs and logistics procedures.Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and courier partners when required.Handle escalations related to deliveries, returns, and warehouse operations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.Experience working with 3PL providers is essential.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation processes.Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is preferred.Good understanding of inventory reconciliation and stock control.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Experience in the retail or fashion industry is an advantage.Preferred SkillsStrong negotiation and vendor management skills.Process improvement and cost optimization experience.Knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment operations.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to lead cross-functional coordination between warehouses, stores, and logistics partners.
