For over 45 years, our collections have blended heritage with modern elegance – gracing countless stylish homes, upscale serviced apartments, five-star hotel rooms and show flats from Hong Kong to the Middle East.Role SummaryWe are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the end‑to‑end movement of goods from overseas suppliers and local manufacturers to our UAE warehouse and final delivery points. This role is administrative and coordination‑focused, ensuring accurate documentation, timely shipment tracking, and efficient scheduling of local deliveries. You will work closely with our Hong Kong buying team, freight forwarders, warehouse partner, and Fleet Controller.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Inbound CoordinationCoordinate with Hong Kong office on purchase orders, shipment readiness, and dispatch updates.Track all overseas shipments (sea, air, courier) and update expected arrival dates in the system.Liaise with freight forwarders for bookings, routing, consolidation, and customs clearance.Maintain accurate shipment records, GRN planning, and cost allocation.Verify logistics documentation (invoices, packing lists, HS codes, COO).Inbound Planning & Delivery SchedulingCoordinate receiving schedules with the inventory team based on shipment arrivals.Support inventory accuracy by ensuring timely and correct logistics documentationPrepare daily and weekly delivery schedules for the company fleet. Prioritise deliveries based on project timelines, retail commitments, and rental contracts.Coordinate with the Fleet Supervisor and track delivery completion.Resolve basic logistics issues or delays and support inventory accuracy through correct documentation.Systems, Reporting & Cost AdministrationInput and update logistics information in the ERP system ensuring all shipment details, GRNs, freight charges, and delivery schedules are recorded correctly and kept up to dateReview freight quotations and maintain cost trackers for sea, air, LCL/FCL, and local transport. Regularly and benchmark costs across multiple forwarders.Generate weekly inbound/outbound reports and support process improvementsReview freight quotations Analyse freight invoices to ensure accuracy and flag discrepancies.Recommend cost‑saving opportunities (route optimisation, consolidation, alternative forwarders). Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of international freight processes (sea, air, LCL/FCL, customs).Experience working with freight forwarders and reviewing freight cost structures.Proficiency in Navision v5 or similar ERP systems.Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple departments and suppliers.Strong analytical skills for cost review and logistics optimisation.Ability to manage multiple shipments and delivery schedules simultaneously.High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in retail, furnishing, or project‑based industries.Experience working with freight forwarders and import processes.ERP experience required; Navision experience is an advantage.UAE experience preferred.RenumerationAnnual Bonus subject to Target achievement.Opportunities for career progression.Comprehensive multi-country Medical Insurance.Annual FlightA generous Employee Discount.*Before you click “apply”: Please ensure your experience aligns with logistics coordination and administrative support.
