The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of shipments, inventory, and deliveries while maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and ensure timely replenishment.Liaise with freight forwarders, transport companies, and customs authorities.Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.Maintain logistics records and prepare regular reports on shipments, inventory, and performance metrics.Assist in optimizing logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.Support cross-functional teams including procurement, operations, and sales.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination.Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or logistics software preferred.Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.📩 Interested candidates can apply by sending their resume to hr@activefitnessstore.com
