The team specializes in customized services for e-commerce partners, online sellers, and store owners.Role Description</strong> The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. A fully versatile experienced in shipping and freight forwarding with any of the GCC countries. This role is responsible for coordinating daily shipments, tracking orders, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery across regional and international routes. The Logistics Coordinator will manage shipping and freight operations, and liaise with carriers, customs agents, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues. The role includes responding to customer inquiries, updating stakeholders on shipment status, and maintaining documentation for compliance and reporting. The coordinator will also support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce delays, and improve service quality.This role is also required to communicate, arrange deliveries with the 3pl partners & transporters. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret logistics data, monitor performance metrics, and support process improvements.Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and customers.Customer service skills to address inquiries, manage expectations, and resolve issues professionally.Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices across warehousing, transportation, and distribution.Proficiency with ERP/WMS or logistics software and MS Office tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, Freight forwarding and shipping.
