The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong communication with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor supply chain operationsArrange transportation and track shipments (local & international)Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customersPrepare and manage shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading)Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policiesMaintain inventory records and coordinate with warehouse teamsIdentify and resolve delivery delays or issuesOptimize logistics processes to reduce cost and improve efficiencyRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fieldMinimum 2–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain (UAE/GCC preferred)Strong knowledge of shipping, freight, and customs proceduresExperience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS OfficeExcellent communication and coordination skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesPreferred QualificationsExperience working with oil & gas / EPC / industrial projectsKnowledge of UAE customs and import/export regulationsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary packageCareer growth opportunitiesDynamic and professional work environment
