Team members are encouraged to continuously improve, maintain strong professional standards, and contribute to long-term client partnerships.Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam, responsible for managing the flow of materials, equipment, and supplies to project sites. Daily tasks include coordinating shipments, monitoring delivery schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation for incoming and outgoing materials. The role involves maintaining inventory records, tracking stock levels, and working closely with procurement, warehouse, and project teams to prevent shortages or delays. The Logistics Coordinator will communicate with suppliers and transport providers, resolve delivery issues, and support compliance with company procedures and safety standards. This role also contributes to optimizing logistics processes to improve cost efficiency and service quality.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to track logistics performance, interpret data, and support decision-making.Candidates should possess effective Communication abilities to coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and transport providers.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to internal stakeholder needs and maintain positive working relationships.Candidates should possess Inventory Management capabilities to monitor stock levels, reconcile records, and support accurate material control.Candidates should possess Supply Chain Management knowledge to understand end-to-end material flow and support efficient logistics planning.Relevant experience in logistics, construction, industrial services, or related fields is beneficial.Proficiency with ERP systems, inventory or warehouse management software, and MS Office (especially Excel) is an advantage.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment are preferred.
