We are transforming the way people access and use cars by introducing greater affordability, flexibility, and convenience.We are a tech-enabled, data-driven company with a small but ambitious multinational team, passionate about improving the customer experience and making everyday mobility simpler.About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on and highly organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Dubai.You will play an important role in coordinating our daily logistics operations, working closely with drivers, customers, and the internal Operations team to ensure smooth and timely vehicle movements.This is a fast-paced role where priorities can change quickly, so we’re looking for someone who can stay organized, communicate confidently, and make quick decisions under pressure.Your ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:Driver scheduling: Plan and coordinate drivers' daily schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of rides, deliveries, collections, and other operational tasks.Reducing delays: Actively monitor ongoing rides and vehicle movements, identify potential delays, and take action to keep operations running on time.Customer coordination: Call and communicate with customers to schedule and confirm deliveries, collections, handbacks, service requests, and other rides.Vehicle inspections: Inspect vehicles for any new damage and ensure that relevant information is accurately documented and communicated.Handbacks: Coordinate vehicle returns and collections, ensuring a smooth process for both customers and the Logistics team.Service requests: Coordinate operational and service-related requests and ensure they are scheduled and completed efficiently.Daily operations: Work closely with drivers and internal teams to resolve issues and respond quickly when plans change.Process improvement: Identify recurring operational issues and contribute ideas to improve scheduling, reduce delays, and make our logistics processes more efficient.And, as with any growing company, there will always be new challenges and opportunities to get involved in along the way.
