Logistics Coordinator

About the roleWe are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to own the shipping, logistics, and documentation pipeline across our factory network. This role ensures goods move on time, paperwork is accurate, and factory capacity is planned ahead of production needs, working closely with our Production, Tech and Design teams.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate shipping schedules and freight bookings with factories and logistics partnersChase and verify shipping samples, packing lists, barcodes, and compliance documentation for every orderTrack monthly production capacity across our factory base and flag capacity risks earlyLiaise with factories on shipment readiness and resolve delays before they impact delivery datesMaintain accurate records of POs, shipping docs, and customs paperworkCoordinate with warehouse team on inbound stock timing and readinessSupport Production team with visibility on shipment status across all active ordersFlag and escalate any shipping or logistics issues that could affect on-time deliveryKeep key customers updated with weekly trackers on delivery progressManage wholesale/retail customer invoice payments, packing lists, and tracking communicationsWhat you'll needExperience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping coordination - apparel/fashion industry preferredStrong attention to detail with documentation and complianceComfortable managing multiple factory relationships and juggling shifting timelinesClear communicator, confident chasing people for informationExperience with freight forwarders, customs documentation, or import/export process a plusIf this sounds like you, email a cover letter (telling us why you're right for this role) and resume to jason@allfenix.com
