We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support and manage domestic and international shipping operations. This role is critical to ensuring the timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods across global supply chains. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience coordinating international shipments, working with freight forwarders and customs brokers, and navigating global trade compliance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and track international and domestic shipments from origin to final destinationPrepare, review, and maintain international shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs formsWork closely with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and vendors to ensure smooth and compliant cross-border shipmentsEnsure compliance with U.S. export/import regulations, Incoterms, and international trade lawsMonitor shipment status, proactively resolve delays, and communicate updates to internal teams and customersSchedule pickups, deliveries, and manage transportation logistics across air, ocean, and ground freightCoordinate warehouse, inventory, and fulfillment activities to support shipping timelinesAssist with rate negotiation, cost tracking, and freight invoice auditingMaintain accurate shipment records and reports in logistics or ERP systemsSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costsRequired Qualifications (Must-Have)2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordinationProven hands-on experience with international shipping (required)Strong knowledge of export/import documentation and customs proceduresExperience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international carriersFamiliarity with Incoterms, HTS codes, and international trade complianceProficiency with logistics systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft ExcelStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fieldExperience shipping to/from multiple global regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM)Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, or other regulated shipping environmentsExperience in manufacturing, distribution, or technology environmentsKey CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and communication skillsHigh level of accuracy and follow-throughAbility to collaborate cross-functionallyCustomer-focused mindsetAdaptable and proactive in managing changeWhy Join UsOpportunity to work in a global, fast-moving logistics environmentCollaborative and supportive operations teamCompetitive compensation and benefitsGrowth and development opportunities
