Logistics Coordinator – LOVE LLC Location: New York, NY (60 Charlton Street) ABOUT:LOVE LLC is the company behind Be LOVE, a fast-growing functional beverage brand across Energy, Protein, and Hydration in 11,000+ doors, Amazon, and DTC. Founded by Kurt Seidensticker (founder of Vital Proteins, acquired by Nestlé), we are building the most meaningful beverage and the next category-defining CPG brand with a mission tied to GivePower's clean water initiative.THE OPPORTUNITY:The Logistics Coordinator is the operational engine behind the physical movement of everything at Be LOVE - raw materials into our production facilities, finished goods out to our 3PLs and retailers, and every shipment in between. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will own inbound and outbound logistics, freight coordination, carrier management, PO execution, and fulfillment tracking across retail, DTC, and Amazon channels. At Be LOVE™, you can expect to be surrounded by amazing colleagues and have full autonomy in how you go about making your mark.RESPONSIBILITIES:Inbound Logistics: Coordinate the movement of raw materials and packaging from suppliers to production facilities. Schedule inbound deliveries aligned to production schedules. Track inbound shipments, confirm receipt at all locations, and flag discrepancies or delays.Outbound Logistics: Route finished goods from production facilities to 3PL warehouses. Coordinate outbound shipments from 3PL to retailer distribution centers. Manage delivery appointments, carrier assignments, and ensure shipments meet retailer-specific routing requirements including delivery windows, labeling, ASN submission, and appointment scheduling.Freight Management: Solicit freight quotes for inbound and outbound shipments. Select carriers based on cost, transit time, and reliability. Track all freight costs by shipment, route, and carrier for cost analysis. Reconcile carrier invoices against quoted rates and BOLs. Identify opportunities to consolidate shipments, negotiate better rates, or shift carriers to optimize cost.PO Placement & Tracking: Place purchase orders in NetSuite per the supply plan. Monitor open PO status, confirm expected delivery dates with suppliers, and escalate delays. Coordinate receiving confirmation at production facilities and 3PLs and flag discrepancies.3PL Coordination: Work directly with 3PL partners on receiving, storage, pick, pack, and ship execution. Ensure inbound finished goods are received accurately and outbound orders are fulfilled on time. Troubleshoot warehouse level issues and escalate as needed.Shipment Tracking & Issue Resolution: Monitor all in-transit shipments across carriers. Flag delays proactively, resolve delivery exceptions, and communicate status updates to the Supply Chain Manager and Sales Ops Manager.Amazon FBA Replenishment: Manage inbound shipments to Amazon FBA warehouses. Coordinate with the Supply Chain Manager and Growth Amazon Lead on inventory levels and replenishment timing. Ensure FBA shipments comply with Amazon’s labeling, prep, and shipping requirements.DTC Fulfillment Support: Oversee Shopify order flow through 3PL fulfillment. Monitor order processing times, shipping accuracy, and delivery performance for direct-to-consumer orders.Documentation & Compliance: Manage all shipping documentation including BOLs, packing lists, commercial invoices, and certificates of analysis as required. Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with carrier and retailer requirements.Retailer Shipment Compliance: Execute shipments in compliance with each retailer’s vendor routing guide including labeling, palletization, appointment scheduling, and ASN accuracy. Partner with the Sales Ops Manager on compliance standards and work to minimize chargebacks through proactive execution.Freight & Logistics Reporting: Maintain shipment logs and freight cost tracking for inbound and outbound. Report weekly on shipping volume, carrier performance, cost per shipment, and delivery exceptions. Identify trends and flag opportunities for cost reduction or process improvement.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate inbound logistics, outbound routing, freight, and fulfillment workflows for inefficiencies. Recommend and implement improvements that reduce cost, improve speed, or increase reliability.QUALIFICATIONS:1-3 years in logistics, freight coordination, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.CPG or beverage industry experience preferred.Experience coordinating both inbound and outbound shipments.Experience working with 3PL warehouses and freight carriers.Familiarity with retailer routing guides and compliance requirements.Comfortable working in NetSuite or similar ERP for PO placement and inventory tracking.Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing high volumes without dropping balls.Strong communicator comfortable coordinating across carriers, 3PLs, suppliers, and internal teams daily.Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where processes are still being built.Amazon FBA shipping experience a plus.ATTRIBUTES:You lead with ownership.
