Logistics Coordinator

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily shipments, deliveries, transportation, and logistics documentation, ensuring smooth and timely movement of goods.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate local and international shipments from order confirmation to delivery.Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, couriers, and customs agents.Prepare and verify shipping and delivery documents.Track shipments and follow up on deliveries, customs clearance, and pending issues.Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams for stock, loading, and dispatch schedules.Arrange transportation and delivery schedules based on customer requirements.Maintain accurate shipment records, PODs, and logistics documentation.Obtain freight and transportation quotations when required.Handle shipment delays, shortages, damages, and documentation issues.Prepare basic logistics and shipment reports.Requirements2–4 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.Good knowledge of import/export and shipping documentation.Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.UAE experience is preferred.
