Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join MOBCO Construction’s UAE team in Dubai.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of UAE experience in civil construction, with proven expertise in managing labour camps and warehouses. Strong local knowledge of Dubai, a valid UAE driving licence, and good Arabic communication skills are mandatory. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate labour camp operations, accommodation, and related facilities for civil construction projects.Oversee warehouse activities, including inventory, storage, and material movement.Coordinate logistics, transportation, and day-to-day operational requirements across construction sites.Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.Maintain accurate records and resolve operational issues efficiently.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the UAE, with a civil construction background only.Proven experience managing labour camps and warehouses within the civil construction sector.Strong local knowledge of Dubai, including logistics routes, suppliers, and operational requirements.Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.Good knowledge of Arabic is mandatory.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to join immediately.
