This is your opportunity to support efficient material movement, site establishment, transport systems, plant coordination, and logistics operations, helping deliver construction excellence with confidence and precision.About Your TeamYou will coordinate logistics activities on a given project and work closely with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal construction teams to support effective site logistics operations and ensure project requirements are consistently achieved.You will provide coordination and support to Logistics Engineers, Foremen, and logistics personnel, ensuring logistics activities are effectively planned and executed across the site.Your RoleAs a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for:Supporting the implementation of site logistics plans aligned with project requirementsCoordinating material movement, access, transport systems, plant, and site setupCoordinating logistics activities with construction, planning, commercial, HSE, and subcontractor teamsMonitoring plant utilization, deliveries, servicing, and site logistics activitiesEnsuring logistics activities comply with safety, environmental, and project requirementsMaintaining logistics documentation and supporting inspections and auditsAssisting with logistics reporting, tracking, and cost controlSupporting efficient logistics solutions across high-end fit-out projectsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience:5–7 years of experience in construction logistics, site engineering, or a related fieldMandatory experience in high-end, luxury, and ultra-luxury fit-out projectsExperience in logistics operations on construction and fit-out projectsExperience coordinating with multiple disciplines, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent qualificationLEEA / Appointed Person certification is an advantageKnowledge & Skills:Good understanding of site logistics planning, material movement, plant operations, and transportation systemsUnderstanding of safety, environmental, LEED, and Estidama requirementsGood planning, analytical, communication, and coordination skillsProficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and logistics planning softwareAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environmentWhat We OfferThe opportunity to support logistics operations across landmark high-end, luxury, and ultra-luxury construction and fit-out projects across the regionA collaborative and project-driven environment committed to operational excellence and continuous improvementA role where your expertise in logistics coordination, site operations, plant management, and high-end fit-out delivery directly contributes to project successThe opportunity to work closely with leading consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholdersReady to elevate your career?
