This part-time remote role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple logistics activities, communicate effectively with partners, and help ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate shipments, deliveries, transportation schedules, and logistics activities.Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers.Communicate with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, freight partners, and service providers.Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery records, invoices, and logistics paperwork.Track orders, inventory movements, delivery timelines, and transportation requirements.Coordinate pickup and delivery arrangements while resolving scheduling issues.Monitor logistics costs and support accurate freight and transportation reporting.Investigate shipment delays, discrepancies, damages, or documentation issues and coordinate resolutions.Maintain accurate logistics information within ERP, transportation, inventory, or other operational systems.Support supplier and logistics-provider performance monitoring.Prepare logistics reports covering shipments, delivery performance, costs, and operational metrics.Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, service levels, and operational efficiency.Requirements3+ years of professional experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight coordination, or a related field preferred.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline preferred.Good understanding of shipping, transportation coordination, order management, and logistics documentation.Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.Good communication and relationship-management abilities.Experience using ERP, inventory, transportation, warehouse, or logistics management systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common digital collaboration tools.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond effectively to operational issues.Ability to manage multiple shipments, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international and remote teams.Professional logistics certifications are not required unless specifically relevant to the role.What We OfferFlexible part-time work with a fully remote arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and responsibilities.Opportunities to support international logistics and supply-chain operations.Exposure to modern logistics technology, digital systems, and global transportation networks.A collaborative environment focused on operational reliability and continuous improvement.Professional development opportunities and practical experience across logistics and supply-chain functions.
