We’ve extended our factory portfolio over the last couple years to insulate ourselves from trade conditions and currently source from five countries and counting — including China, Pakistan, Madagascar, Bangladesh, and India.With offices in New York and Shanghai, we operate with a team of 70+ professionals, ranging from designers to sourcing experts, sales teams, and operations staff.About the RoleThe Logistics Coordinator will manage the day-to-day movement of goods from our factories and vendors to our distribution centers and, ultimately, to our retail partners. This role is critical to ensuring on-time delivery, accurate inventory flow, and smooth communication between our production, distribution, and sales teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate inbound shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokersTrack purchase orders from factory shipment through warehouse receipt, monitoring for delays, while flagging and communicating issues proactivelyMain point of contact for internal business teams on order status and escalationsManage import/export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, customs paperwork)Communicate with overseas vendors and factories on shipment schedules and production timelinesTrack containers, ETAs, and port-to-DC visibilityPartner with 3rd party warehouse team to ensure accurate receiving, put-away, and outbound routingCoordinate with 3rd party back-office teamMaintain and update shipment tracking logs and reporting for internal teamsResolve shipping discrepancies and damaged goods claimsEnsure compliance with retailer routing guides and vendor compliance requirements, and tracking and managing chargebacksSupport inventory reconciliation and cycle count processes as neededMaintain freight forwarder and steamship line relationshipsQualifications4+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or import/export coordinationApparel or wholesale/retail experience a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with international shipping documentation and IncotermsComfortable working in EDI/ERP/ASN systemsAbility to review and decipher vendor manual and routing guidesWorking knowledge of tariff/customs basicsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suiteAbility to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneouslyTravel as needed
