We value collaboration, continuous improvement, and the growth of our employees as we work together to build a stronger future in logistics.Job DutiesCoordinate international import/export shipment schedules with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure on-time deliveryMonitor shipment status and proactively manage delays, damages, and other operational issues, including implementing corrective actionsSupport on-site logistics operations including gate control coordination, escort arrangements, and weekend or urgent issue handlingPrepare and review shipping documents and logistics reports with accuracy and complianceSupport freight cost estimation, quotation review, invoice verification, and settlement processesMaintain professional communication with internal teams and external stakeholders in English and KoreanJob RequirementsMinimum: College diploma or higherExperience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding preferredSolid understanding of import/export processes and shipment coordinationWorking proficiency in Korean and English is preferred.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)Strong communication skills, particularly in professional email correspondenceAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond appropriately to urgent situationsExperience with freight forwarding companies or international logistics operations is an assetExperience with customs clearance or cross-border shipping coordination is an assetStrong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks under tight deadlinesSalary Range: $45,000 CAD - $52,000 CADThank you for your interest in joining Pantos Logistics Canada.We value teamwork, integrity, innovation, and continuous growth, and we are excited to meet candidates who share our commitment to excellence.If you are ready to contribute to a dynamic logistics environment and be part of our continued success, we encourage you to apply.
