Logistics Coordinator/Jr. Logistics Coordinator

Black & Grey HR is hiring a skilled Logistics Coordinator on behalf of a leading trading company based in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in export documentation, logistics coordination, and LC documentation. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing export and shipping documentation, handling Letter of Credit requirements, and ensuring smooth and timely movement of goods. The role involves close coordination with shipping lines, freight forwarders, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage export documentation and shipment coordination.Handle LC documentation and ensure compliance with LC requirements.Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers.Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in export documentation, logistics coordination, and LC documentation.Good knowledge of shipping and export procedures.Strong coordination and documentation skills.
