This role is responsible for processing inbound and outbound orders, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate order entry and timely delivery. The Logistics Coordinator will also provide customer service support by responding to inquiries, providing shipment updates, and assisting with order-related matters.ResponsibilitiesInbound & outbound orders handling in system (WMS & TMS) & follow-up including final inspection with keeping record including document & picturesArranging pickup with carrier and follow up any delay / issueRouting & scheduling of DTS, and overseeing any delivery issueInventory management with preparing and executing cycle inventory countOffice administrative including Email/phone inquiry/communication follow upCustomer Service for walk-in customersSales associate supportOn-sight purchase assistance (portal & ERP)Supporting warehouse as needed (ex. Packaging / banding)FedEx Hazmat overnight handling (IATA DGR certificate)RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED with at least three years of experience in logistics management or a related roleProficiency in MS Office and database managementKnowledge of inventory management and logistics elementsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsBilingual in Korean and English is required.
