Logistics Coordinator / Logistics Manager

Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Logistics Coordinator / Logistics Manager to coordinate and manage logistics operations, transportation activities, inventory movements, and supply chain processes. This role focuses on ensuring goods are moved efficiently and accurately while maintaining strong coordination between suppliers, warehouses, transport providers, customers, and internal teams.The Logistics Coordinator will support daily logistics activities, including shipment scheduling, delivery coordination, order tracking, documentation, inventory movement, and communication with logistics partners. You will monitor shipment status, resolve delivery issues, maintain accurate records, and ensure logistics activities are completed according to operational requirements.The Logistics Manager will oversee broader logistics operations and develop processes that improve transportation efficiency, warehouse coordination, delivery performance, and cost control. Responsibilities may include managing logistics providers, reviewing transportation performance, optimizing routes and resources, monitoring operational costs, and supporting logistics planning.Both roles require close collaboration with procurement, warehouse, sales, customer service, finance, suppliers, and other stakeholders. You will analyze logistics performance, identify operational issues, improve workflows, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to initiatives that enhance delivery reliability, inventory visibility, cost efficiency, and overall supply chain performance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation management, warehousing, and supply chain processes.Knowledge of shipment scheduling, delivery coordination, inventory movement, and logistics documentation.Familiarity with freight forwarding, customs procedures, shipping documentation, and transportation processes is advantageous.Ability to coordinate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, customers, and internal teams.Familiarity with ERP systems, warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, or logistics software.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for tracking, reporting, and operational analysis.Ability to monitor delivery schedules, shipment status, logistics costs, and key performance indicators.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle delays, delivery issues, and operational disruptions.Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills when working with internal and external stakeholders.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities.Ability to prepare logistics reports, schedules, shipping records, and operational documentation.Proactive mindset with an interest in supply chain optimization, transportation efficiency, cost control, operational improvement, and continuous improvement.
