With offices in California, Taipei, Tokyo, and a growing presence in Hong Kong SAR, the company provides opportunities to work with global teams and expand into new markets.Role Description The Logistics Director for the California Sports Sunglass Brand at SUPACAZ is a full-time, on-site role based in Hong Kong SAR. This role oversees end-to-end logistics operations for sports sunglasses across cycling, baseball, and racquet sports, including inventory management, warehousing, and regional distribution. The Logistics Director coordinates with manufacturing partners and suppliers, manages inbound and outbound shipments, and optimizes transportation and customs processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing logistics strategies, monitoring performance metrics, resolving operational issues, and aligning logistics plans with sales, product, and customer service teams. The role also involves continuous improvement of systems and workflows to support brand growth and maintain high service levels in global markets.QualificationsBackground in Sports, Physical Education, or Sports Management, with an understanding of performance sports products and athlete needs.Strong Communication and Coaching skills to lead logistics teams, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and collaborate with international stakeholders.Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations in consumer goods, eyewear, or sporting goods industries.Proficiency in inventory planning, demand forecasting, and warehouse management systems.Knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and logistics practices in Asia and global markets.Demonstrated ability to analyze data, improve processes, and manage budgets and vendor relationships.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Sports Management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.Ability to work on-site in Hong Kong SAR, travel as needed, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
