Logistics Dispatcher

Euro Mechanical is looking for a Logistic Dispatcher:About the role:Coordinate the complete material dispatch cycle to ensure that the correct materials, documents, vehicles, and delivery appointments are arranged accurately and on time. Maintain clear communication among the Project, Store, Logistics, transport, and receiving teams, while keeping dispatch trackers and KPI records complete and current.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the complete material dispatch cycle, from approved packing list receipt through final delivery.Verify material availability and readiness with the Store and Dispatch Area, including spools and supports.Prepare Material Information Sheets (MIS) and coordinate material collection, staging, dimensions, weight, and loading.Identify and follow up on material shortages, incomplete items, or release constraints.Arrange appropriate packing, baskets, labelling, and material preparation.Coordinate with ADNOC L&S, Freeport, and receiving locations to book delivery appointments.Arrange suitable vehicles, drivers, and transport providers based on load, route, destination, and schedule.Prepare and verify delivery notes, gate passes, packing lists, vehicle details, and approvals.Monitor deliveries until completion, provide status updates, and escalate delays or operational issues.Obtain stamped delivery notes / Proof of Delivery (POD) and submit completed documentation.Maintain accurate dispatch trackers, KPIs, and electronic/physical records.Support urgent/chopper deliveries when required.Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, site requirements, lifting/material-handling requirements, transport regulations, and document control.

Key Requirements

EducationHigh school certificate or diploma.Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport, or related qualification is preferred.ExperienceMinimum 2 years' experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, warehouse operations, transport, or material handling.Oil & Gas / industrial material dispatch experience is an advantage.Experience with delivery notes, packing lists, gate passes, POD, and transport documentation.Knowledge of ADNOC delivery zones, FreePorts, and site-access requirements.Skills & CompetenciesStrong planning, coordination, and time-management skills.High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.Good English communication skills.Ability to manage multiple deliveries and changing priorities under pressure.Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and escalation skills.Effective coordination with Project, Store, Logistics, drivers, vendors, transport providers, and receiving teams.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.Experience with ERP, WMS, or transport/dispatch systems is an advantage.To express interest, please apply online and we will get in touch with the suitable candidates shortly.
