As a Logistics Documentation Coordinator, you will help ensure compliance with international trade regulations while enabling the efficient movement of goods across regions. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners worldwide to maintain seamless coordination and high standards of operational accuracy.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, process, and distribute documentation for inbound and outbound shipments, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarationsEnsure all documentation meets customs regulations and international trade compliance requirements; stay current on regulatory updates and communicate changes to stakeholdersCoordinate with factories and global teams to confirm shipment requirements and support logistics across multiple time zonesEnter and manage shipment data in internal systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to deadlinesPartner with cross-functional teams, including global offices and accounting, to ensure smooth communication and execution of logistics activitiesIdentify and resolve routine logistics issues, applying sound judgment to maintain operational flowSupport additional logistics-related tasks and projects as neededExperience & Skills6+ months of related experience in logistics, supply chain, or documentation support preferredExperience preparing shipping documentation in an international trade or logistics environmentUnderstanding of customs regulations and global trade compliance requirementsStrong data entry skills and experience with logistics or ERP systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teamsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlinesTrilingual proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and EnglishVocational/technical education or equivalent relevant experience
