Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese or Tagalog would be an advantage.• Additional language skills are preferred.• Candidates with professional logistics or supply-chain experience in the UAE or wider GCC region are preferred.About the PositionTopotek is seeking an organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage and support our logistics, inventory, warehouse, supply-chain, and administrative operations in Abu Dhabi.Key Responsibilities• Manage logistics documentation, company records, operational reports, and administrative processes.• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.• Coordinate warehouse operations and ensure the efficient storage and handling of products.• Plan shipments and coordinate transportation, customs documentation, and deliveries.• Track shipments and communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, logistics providers, and internal teams.• Support procurement, distribution, and vendor coordination.• Ensure documentation and logistics procedures comply with applicable local and international regulations.• Prepare inventory reports, operational analyses, and business presentations.• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, accuracy, and operational efficiency.Candidate Qualifications• Strong administrative, documentation, and record-management skills.• Practical experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.• Demonstrated experience in logistics management, including shipment planning, transportation coordination, and delivery tracking.• Good understanding of supply-chain management principles, including procurement, distribution, and vendor coordination.• Experience in the technology, electronics, or industrial-products sector is preferred.• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.• Strong attention to detail and a process-improvement mindset.• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Qualified candidates should apply through LinkedIn with an updated CV.
