This is your opportunity to support construction excellence with confidence and precision while ensuring logistics activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.About your teamYou will supervise and coordinate logistics activities on site and work closely with logistics ground teams, plant operators, subcontractors, and internal construction teams to implement effective logistics plans, maintain operational readiness, and ensure safe and efficient site movement.You will provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to logistics personnel, ensuring labour and plant resources are effectively allocated across site activities and that project logistics requirements are consistently achieved.Your RoleAs a Logistics Foreman, you will be responsible for:Supervise daily site logistics, labour, plant, equipment, traffic, and material movement.Coordinate logistics teams, subcontractors, Civil, MEP, Fit-Out, and plant operators.Manage site setup, welfare areas, diesel, lifting activities, JIT deliveries, and logistics layouts.Conduct DSTIs/toolbox talks, ensure safety compliance, and monitor certifications.Maintain plant/labour records, raise PRs, and support commercial reporting.Ensure efficient resource utilization and smooth site operations.What We’re Looking ForExperience:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction logistics, site operations, or a related field.Familiarity with logistics planning, site establishment, and material handling.Basic understanding of lifting operations and safety protocols.Strong coordination experience with subcontractors, logistics ground teams, plant operators, and internal construction teams.Experience in maintaining accurate records, simple documentation, and logistics-related reporting.Practical experience supervising logistics activities and maintaining operational readiness across construction sites.Knowledge & Skills:Strong knowledge of construction logistics, material movement, site establishment, and plant operations.Understanding of lifting, temporary works, JIT deliveries, lift plans, and safe logistics practices.Strong planning, coordination, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Good commercial awareness with accurate labour, plant, and documentation records.Ability to read drawings, use basic computer applications, and prepare reports.Detail-oriented, organized, safety-focused, and able to workWhat We OfferThe opportunity to support logistics operations across major construction and fit-out projects across the region.A collaborative and project-driven environment committed to safety, operational efficiency, teamwork, and continuous improvement.A hands-on role where your expertise in logistics coordination, site establishment, material movement, labour allocation, plant management, traffic management, and site operations directly supports project success.The opportunity to lead and coordinate logistics ground teams while working closely with plant operators, subcontractors, civil, fit-out, MEP, and other project stakeholders.Ready to elevate your career?Join ALEC and play a key role in supporting construction excellence through safe, efficient, and well-coordinated logistics operations.If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Apply today and be part of something excellent!
