LOGISTICS INVENTORY SPECIALIST

Job Description:Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical inventory checks.Prepare and process GRNs, Delivery Notes, and inventory-related documents.Coordinate stock receiving, transfers, and deliveries.Ensure physical inventory is properly aligned with system records.Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.Coordinate with the logistics and Supply Chain teams regarding stock movements.Assist with driver scheduling and delivery coordination when required.Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.Support the team with inventory-related tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.Perform other logistics and inventory duties as assigned.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field.Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, and documentation.Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, NetSuite, and inventory management systems is preferred.English and Arabic language skills are preferred.Male candidates preferred.NOTE: Immediate Joiner RequiredLocation: Musaffah, Abu Dhabi
