In addition, PRECISE has expanded into innovative 3D printing solutions and distributes the 3Doodler, reflecting its commitment to delivering unique, high-quality products to the dynamic UAE market.Role Description The Owner at PRECISE Group is responsible for providing strategic leadership, setting the long-term vision, and guiding the company’s growth across retail, franchise, events, and technology segments. This full-time, on-site role based in Dubai includes overseeing business development, evaluating new market opportunities, and strengthening partnerships with retailers, licensors, and franchisees. The Owner will direct financial performance, approve budgets and investments, and ensure operational efficiency across manufacturing, retail outlets, events, and distribution channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising senior management, making key organizational decisions, and nurturing a culture of innovation, quality, and customer focus. The role also involves monitoring industry trends in laser etching and 3D printing, representing the brand at major events, and ensuring compliance with licensing, branding, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications Strong business leadership and strategic planning skills, with experience in setting and executing long-term growth strategies.Background in retail, franchising, or multi-location operations, including oversight of prime outlets and international networks.Financial management capabilities, such as budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for diverse business units.Experience in product development, manufacturing, or technology-driven environments, ideally in laser etching, printing, or related fields.Relationship management and negotiation skills for working with licensors, partners, suppliers, and high-profile clients.Ability to lead and mentor senior teams, drive operational excellence, and foster an innovative, customer-centric culture.Strong communication and presentation skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or entrepreneurial track
