قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجWe are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee import, export, customs clearance, and domestic shipping operations across the company. The role will ensure that logistics activities are executed efficiently, on time, and at optimal cost while maintaining full compliance with local and international customs, regulatory, and government requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the logistics team, ensuring capability building, performance improvement, and operational discipline.Develop logistics plans and objectives in line with approved business targets.Monitor customs regulations, government requirements, and updates across relevant ports and customs authorities.Oversee import and export procedures to ensure timely delivery of required products and materials.Ensure export shipments to branches and international markets are completed on time to support sales objectives.Monitor import, export, and shipping costs against approved budgets and take corrective action when required.Oversee domestic shipping orders from the main warehouse to regional warehouses and branches.Coordinate daily with internal departments to ensure smooth logistics execution and business continuity.Ensure proper documentation, filing, and archiving of customs releases, invoices, import/export papers, and shipping records.Review logistics reports related to imports, exports, customs clearance, and domestic shipping.Prepare quarterly and annual logistics performance reports for management.Ensure product registration on relevant government platforms and with external authorities as required by each country.Identify logistics challenges and implement solutions to reduce delays, costs, and operational risks.Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping companies, and relevant service providers.Perform any other related duties assigned by executive management.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.8–10 years of experience in logistics, shipping, import, export, and customs clearance.Strong hands-on experience dealing with customs authorities, ports, government platforms, and regulatory bodies.Good knowledge of international shipping procedures, documentation, customs regulations, and logistics cost control.Experience managing logistics teams, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping partners.Strong planning, coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage time-sensitive shipments.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
